Gotta Lite'n Up, meal delivery service has an exciting menu with fresh tastes created by local chef and two-time Food Network Champ Joe Rego. -Our menu consists of 8 Entrees and 5 Sides you can choose from that will change every weeks. Our portion sizes are on the larger size with 8oz of protein in each entree and large sides.

This week we are featuring 2 new keto entrees. Hearty Keto Beef Stew & Pork Tenderloin W/Sautéed Swiss Chard, Cherry Tomatoes, Parmesan Cheese & Pine Nuts. The Beef Stew is probably my favorite dish we have created so far! Loaded with fork tender steak, fresh herbs and vegetables simmered for hours. We use Daikon instead of potatoes and no flour or cornstarch to thicken. Hope you enjoy!
