Hey yall! It's that time to show you all my goblin face again and introduce myself to the newbies here!

I'm Ari, a stylist here in North Haven at the Phenix Salon Suites where I have my own little hair den filled to the brim with tchotkes, art, weirdness and cute cat things.

The hair world can be well, sh*tty, to say the least, both for stylists and clients alike and I've really just made it my goal to stay out of that fray. I'm here to do hair, obviously, but more importantly I'm here to make clients feel like friends (because you are, spoiler alert!) and other stylists feel like my equals (because you are!).

No stylist should ever make you feel like just dollar signs, regardless of how many Instagram followers they have, what they charge, years of experience or how many employees they have, and no client should make you feel like their slave, that you can't be firm and say no to something, that your work is subpar because it didn't look like a photo they showed you - whatever it may be!

The long and short of it is, this job is all about mutual love and respect, and this post is really just me saying I adore y'all, I'm rooting for you and you're doing great!
