What a great day at Mission Pines!! .We completed a mock evacuation drill and Chef Lonnie completed his first Resident’s Choice Meal!!! The food was amazing!! Thanks Michael, Harold, Lonnie, and team for an amazing learning and dining experience!!!

Mission Pines would like to introduce Chef Lonnie Richardson. He was born and raised in St. Louis Missouri. In 1998 he started his culinary career at Harahs casino , as a Buffet server .In 1999, he attended culinary school. He has been a chef at various casinos. He helped open multiple restaurant’s. He has been on TV as a guest for Show Me 5 ,Real News STL ,and Chopped. In 2007 he began his career in long-term care facilities. In 2008 he started his own catering business. In 2023 he decided to bring his talents to Las Vegas Nevada. We are honored to have Chef Lonnie and look forward to have him as a teammate.
