More Info on The Twitch DJ Program:
(btw im only pointing out things that I think effects dj'z objectively)

Respect other creators.
a. Do not include any music not included in the Twitch DJ Catalog, unless you have obtained written permission from all of the applicable rights holders.
b. Do not use an artist’s name, image, or likeness, or any name or trademark owned or controlled by a record label or other music company, in a way that suggests the artist, label, or company endorses or promotes your Twitch Channel or any of your User Content without written permission from the applicable party.
c. DO NOT PLAY MUSIC VIDEOS or other third-party audiovisual content without written permission from the applicable party.
d. DO NOT REBROADCAST or SIMULCAST concerts or similar live performances of artists, whether from venues or other services without written permission from the applicable party.

Put on a live audiovisual show.
a. The DJ Program is for LIVE STREAMING ONLY.
i. DO NOT RECORD OR REBROADCAST your DJ performances or the performances of other Participating DJs.
ii. Do not create or upload VODs, Clips, or any other recording containing Catalog Tracks using the Twitch Services.
b. The DJ Program is not for audio-only broadcasts.
i. Do not live stream music without an accompanying live, interactive audiovisual performance (i.e., no audio-only or automated broadcasts are permitted).

So what I get is

1. U need to abide by the "No Play" List of Artist period not Songs. U can search in Artists/Songs on Twitch that are allowed although there is a Gray area where (depending on) the Artist may not be on the "No Play" list but are not Recognized as "Allowed" either.

2. I humbly believe that eventually (soon, sooner or later) if U are a DJ on Twitch but not in The "DJ Program" (especially playing videos) that whole "Written Permission" situation will begin to get very Loud, Annoying & Costly via DMCA Strikes &/or Channel Bans & Shut Downs.

3. Courtesy of Twitch's "DJ Program", when U are Live on Twitch that's it. No Recording ya show (uh huh) , Simulcasting, Multistreaming to any other Platform. No Replaying/Rebroadcasting that Show anywhere.

Now Honestly not Broadcasting to Another Platform, ok I get it and I can deal with that.
But I do ask the Question,
If I do Record My Show and Post the Audio to Mixcloud, 1. How would twitch know I Recorded the show & 2. How would Twitch know if Post the Audio of My Show on Mixcloud??????? That I really would like to get an answer to......

but again, I Digress

Concerning Twitch's DJ Program:

(twitch says)
"You’re free to opt out at any time, but if you plan on streaming DJ content, you are responsible for making sure you have the necessary authorizations from rights holders to do so.
Without it, those who stream DJ content on Twitch without the necessary rights do so at the risk of receiving DMCA notifications and copyright penalties which could restrict their ability to stream on Twitch"

and since Music Videos are a Totally Different set of Rights not Established yet on Twitch, playing ANY COPYRIGHTED Videos from Music, TV Shows to Movie Clips etc.., whether in or out the Twitch "DJ Program" does run the Risk of Copyright Infringement DMCA's and then (the obvious) Shut Downs...

My Guess is now that Twitch is really establishing its "DJ Program" and actual DJ Category, those DJ'z streaming outside of Twitch's "DJ Program" may now get more unwanted attention & hassles e.i. DMCA's and........
