It had some tough competition (looking at you, Honey Sesame Almonds in coconut ice cream), but the Salted Caramel came out on top! 🙌 We’d love to hear your thoughts on this sweet combo and any suggestions for future flavors! Amanda began her journey here as a packaging assistant. Her positive attitude, reliability, and determination quickly propelled her into her current role, where she truly excels. Her kindness and compassion are her superpowers, making a positive impact on everyone around her.

While she’s thriving in her career, Amanda’s life outside of work is also full of accomplishments and joy — from relaxing trips to Fayetteville to turning a house into a beautiful home with her wife.

One of the things Amanda appreciates most about her job at Ozark is getting to work alongside people who share her same priorities — a people-first, family-first attitude, understanding, and compassion.

At Ozark Nut Roasters, our company culture is all about putting people first, and Katelyn embodies that spirit wholeheartedly.

Katelyn’s journey with us began in high school, and she’s been an integral part of our team during many phases of our development. From those early days at our mall kiosk to her current role as Packaging Manager, Katelyn’s dedication and passion have shone brightly!

One of Katelyn’s proudest achievements here at Ozark is conquering the challenge of fine-tuning our latest packaging equipment. 📦 Her unwavering determination to solve any problem is truly commendable!

But Katelyn isn’t just a remarkable leader at work; she’s also a kind, empathetic, and strong-spirited individual in her daily life. In her downtime, she enjoys peaceful morning hikes at Pinnacle Mountain with her wife.

When asked what sets Ozark’s company culture apart and keeps her committed to our team, Katelyn’s response speaks volumes: “The people for sure! Everybody gets along here. Nobody is looking out for number 1. We’re all trying to help each other!”
