Hello! I have a 3:30 on wed the 13th that opened up!

Today was an exciting day as we took a giant step forward towards Certification. TEST ✅️ I am excited to be offering Reflexology to my clients, please come in and try it out! Reflexology is an ancient art that falls under the umbrella of massage law in Arkansas. Its techniques and history are unique to itself. I have witnessed it bring a greater feeling of well-being and sense of calm to my clients than massage. I have had clients tell me its relieved everything from siacatic pain and lower back pain to headaches and shoulder pain. I truly look forward to sharing reflexology with you.

Today is a wonderful day full of exciting news!

As my health continues to improve I am opening back up to full hours! I'm so excited to see everyone. I have missed you all so very much!
I also committed to training for my certification in Reflexology this weekend! We had a lovely class with Stephenie A Cooke Inc and my dear friend and colleague Keri Popejoy and another massage therapist I'm getting to know (not pictured)
Reflexology has surprised me in how quickly it is becoming a passion of mine. I love adding Modalities that can actually improve my clients lives. As a lot of people can understand, change doesn't come easy for me. But this change is absolutely worth it. Even though Reflexology is regulated by the massage board in arkansas it isn't massage! This work is everyone. It's purpose is to support whole body healing. (Mind,body,spirit) Everything is connected and this modality truly proves that. I will continue to update and tell you all about my journey with Reflexology. I will know more in the coming weeks!
