𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 🥕 𝗠𝗜𝗔 | Rice Siu Mai 🇨🇳 Miami’s food offering is at the extremes meaning that the menus offer only the most basic standard dishes of the cuisine or a curveball of a lesser known dish. I think the eateries here are accustomed to serving tourists so the restaurants serve “default” dishes.

I was pleased to see the vegetarian rice siu mai offered at If unfamiliar, it a steamed dumpling in a siu mai shape filled with sticky rice flavored with shiitake mushrooms. For me, it is a nice substitute for the fragrant sticky rice steamed in a lotus leaf, which is no longer on the menu.
