About North Miami Beach Academy

Nick Bollettieri started his now famous career at the North Miami Beach Tennis Center more than 40 years ago. In February 2017, the City of North Miami Beach awarded the operation of the park to his son Jimmy Bollettieri, Greg Breunich, Gabe Jaramillo and Scott Del Mastro, the current Principal Owners of Club Med Academies in nearby Port Saint Lucie FL. Together they share a wealth of knowledge from their previous experience in running Renowned Academies and Parks including Flamingo Park Miami FL, IMG Academies Bradenton FL, Nick Bollettieri Academy Bradenton FL and International Tennis Academy Del Ray Beach FL. They are now proud to be working together again to present their new Academy at the Judge Arthur Snyder Tennis Center, in North Miami Beach.

The North Miami Beach Academy uses one of the most customized developmental youth tennis training programs in the industry. The Directing team features Rafael Muzlera, as Tennis Academy Director. Rafael Muzlera has over 25 years of coaching experience on 5 different continents and he has trained many high-ranked professional players. He is an English Certified LTA Level 3 Coach, has a USPTR Certificate and also has a degree in Physical Education.

Our team of coaches have a proven track record of transforming highly promising young athletes into college players, professionals and superstars. Training at North Miami Beach Academy, you are sure to become a top athlete.

You can enroll at North Miami Beach Academies on a full-time or weekly basis. Full-time and weekly programs are available year-round. In addition to tennis academy training, junior tennis players will be given the chance to train with the best players and to engage in match-play, conditioning, mental training and Coach’s Eye video analysis.
