In addition we have for you A Spa half day retreat on Jan 29th from 2-5 pm. Experience meditation, yoga and movement as well as a healing sound bath and Reiki… We will also have an herbal custom tea making station of a brew designed to either calm your anxiety, uplift your mood, or balance your hormones and boost immune… You choose which blend best suits your needs. Get ready to Embark on a medicine wheel Immersion of “Heal through the Wheel” a monthly one day workshop (10-4pm) In this workshop you will experience a healing ceremony on each of the four archetypes around the Medicine wheel (serpent, jaguar, hummingbird and eagle).
❄️Each month you will be introduced to a one of the archetypes in ceremony based on the philosophy and traditions according to the Mayan healing of the native american tradition. A life changing experience like NO OTHER!! This workshop starts feb 5 th,extends march 5,april 2, and ends may 7th! Time is 10-4pm.

🎄The greatest gift of all is giving …and this month we at Sacred Soul Therapy are gifting lots of soulful healing. It’s time to spread some holiday cheer! We have lots of new special events that are sure to make your soul sparkle brighter than the star On top of your Xmas tree!
🎄Join us for our kids holiday yoga and storytelling 3 week series beginning dec 4th For ages 5-7 Your little ones will get to Come do a holiday craft, listen to a story and have some fun moving in their body doing Yoga! Saturdays 10:30-11:30 am investment $65.
🎄Then mark your calendars for 2 very special events. On dec 19 “making miracles happen” A healing workshop with Sam. Includes Live acoustic music, singing, pranayama, and guided meditation. Step into the magic and watch miracles happen.
🎄As well as our New Years event “Drumming in the new year.” A healing Drumming circle. Get ready to Come shed old patterns and Release what is unserving you as you drum in the new with rhythm and intention. We will create rythnms together. Move through the chakras and release blocks .. We will explore the magical healing benefits of drumming , the meaning of moving to your natural rhythm and the sacredness of your inner drum.
🎄One of our gifts to you this month is that We are offering a 1 week free session of our woman’s holiday healing expressive arts support group. We will write stories together, create artworks, use clay and paint , meditate and be gently guided in movement, We will share each week in the beauty of connecting and speaking our truth. Each week will be a different theme or focus to explore together. There is No cost for the first session Just an invitation to share or bring your favorite cookies or treats. The Next sessions thereafter Will be $22 drop In fee, of $60 if paid In full. Seasonal herbal tea will be served. This workshop runs for 4 weeks. Beginning Thursday dec 2 from 6-7:15 pm.

As the November leaves are falling get ready to fall into some cozy practices at sacred soul therapy .. we begin nov with practices of gratitude and heart centering We will gather In circle with aromas of clove cinnamon ad orange filling our sacred space..

Here at Sacred Soul Therapy our fall events are hauntingly good, and full of harvest healers!! We are excited to share some fun and magical workshops full of all the Fall feels!

Join us this month for an Herb and Flower broom stick decorating special workshop on 10/21 with guest healer Chrissy!! As well as Medicinal herbal cider making on 10/23 for health and healing with Sam .. kundalini and gong practice is back with Jen in 10/27. We have also added a new Wednesday practice of “wine- down Wednesdays” A practice flow and stretch class with Cathy!

Indian summer brings the colors of the wind as they kiss the leaves of the trees and the Evening sunsets painted pink, orange and red. September signifies Renewal and here at sacred soul therapy we are here to heal and Renew. Our brand new fall schedule offers healing classes for every Body. We have added some new ones but kept the favorites! In our studio boutique we are fully stocked With jars of sweet local honey, a beautiful selection from sage moon clothing line and lots of beautiful gemstone rings for you to choose from. September also kicks off our Yoga that heals and Ayurveda lifestyle practice. September also brings our seasonal fall weekend retreat in the majestic mountains of Jackson NH!! Then take. A nutritious snack break pool side enjoying some healthy refreshments like iced herbal tea, fresh berries and gluten free blueberry bread . For the second half of your morning get ready to get creative… Create your own custom healing blends. At our aromatherapy station , and herbal tea and tincture station. End your Spa experience with a refreshing plunge in the pool!!

☀️July Soul Transcript☀️

As The sunny hazy days of summer heat up we at sacred soul got you chilled out!!
We have added Sunday morning practices beginning at 8:45 am with a peppermint cool shamanic meditation and breath work to invigorate your soul and chill out the mind! This is followed with a cool flow to wake up the body and stretch out the kinks.
Also, Thursdays at 4:30-5:30 is Teen Yoga with Dr. Michele Reardon. (July 9, July 15). July also kicks off our very special summer poolside yoga and mimosa practices. Beginning Sunday July 18th!
Stay tuned for updates on locations at the studio ! Sacred soul will keep you goddess ready with the beautiful yoga clothing line from sage moon now available this month at the studio!
Our regular favorites like past life medium circle, crystal bowl meditation, full moon fire and circle practice and flow and restore will still be on the schedule. We look forward to seeing you on your mat and in the sunshine- SOULSHINE !! Happy Summer. Always remember you are a sacred soul!!

June at Sacred Soul therapy is full of beauty, soul blossoming and excursions of spiritual awakenings...
As the weather gets warm and nature’s Rythmn is to awake earlier with the sun our weekly practices at Sacred Soul Therapy reflect this as well.

⏰ We have added earlier weekend class times; as well as some meditation and pranayama practices to keep you centered and grounded.

🪑 Chair yoga class series is back with Stacey on saturdays from 9:45-11 am beginning June 5th.

🌕 Our specialty full moon sacred ceremony will be held again in June on the full moon in P town!!!

⚕️Other June happenings are, Kate our in house physical therapist is back on Thursday June 4 at 6:30 pm to assist all your practice needs to help manage pain and injury.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Jen will also be here teaching her masterful kundalini and gong practice on Wednesday June 23 .

🪴 This months bonus class is Ayurveda and self healing on Wednesday June 2 at 6:30 pm with Cathy.

👐 In addition let’s not forget your favorites like Past life reading and medium circle with Sam on June 9th at 6:30 pm.

😀 Also, We have a new Teen yoga for stress reduction and mood regulation. class series beginning Friday June 11 th at 4:30-5:30pm with Dr Michelle Reardon M D . She is our newest soul sister to join sacred Soul therapy’s sacred team of healers.

As we Journey into May we take in The beauty of Mother Earth in full color. The flowers are in bloom , their petals open and the trees are dressed in green with blossoms. The smell of the air fragranced with sweet grass and rain. The immersion of spring is fully alive and the earth awakened. Our practices and circles at Sacred Soul Therapy reflect this Awakening... Our gatherings are full of soul retrieval series, honoring Mother Earth and mother’s Day celebrations . As well as going back to the roots of our movement with a mindful moving chair yoga series with Stacey! Kate our soul sister physical therapist will be back on the schedule . She will be teaching her yoga for pain management and alignment on Thursday 5/5 at 6:30 pm!! Our mother’s day flower blossoms and bead brunch practice with refreshments will be held on Saturday May 8 from 12-1:15 come create a personal mala bead bracelet and plant some flowers .. while enjoying some seasonal light refreshments. Our studio stocked with our custom blend tea lines , new goddess gemstone rings and the purest of products to nourish you.. The Buzzing of healing is fully experienced.
