Good morning everyone, we are sorry to say that we will cancel the Summer BBQ for Wednesday, July 31st due to the weather forecast. We are grateful that we could get in 3 of them this year. THANK YOU to ALL of our volunteers, the committee, the bands, the entertainers, our sponsors and Stop n Shop for the bread donations, we could not have done these without ALL of you. Another great successful BBQ, Children’s entertainment and band tonight . A huge, thank you to our sponsors, high school, volunteers, and the committee for making this happen. 

Happy Wednesday to you all, the countdown is on only a few more hours till the BBQ starts at IRP starting at 5pm for the BBQ food ( CASH ONLY) 5:15 will start children's entertainment with the YoYo Show sponsored by Reading Coop Bank, and then 6p-8p The White Street Band will go on sponsored by Salon 77. Come on down, bring your chairs and great energy.

ATTENTION to all of our friends and families that attend our Summer BBQ Series, we will be postponing tomorrow evening 7/17/24 due to the heat advisory and severe thunderstorms that are predicted. Our children's entertainment Flying High Frisbee Dogs and the band Rampage Trio are able to postpone as well and they will see you ALL on July 31st. Stay safe, drink lots of fluids and be well. THANK YOU

Tonight was such a great night for our 2nd concert barbecue series. Thank you to all of our high school volunteers and the committee and the band and the sponsors and entertainment. 

Tomorrow night will be our 2nd Concert BBQ starting at 5pm (CASH ONLY for all food) looking forward to having Henry the Juggler starting at 5:15 sponsored by Reading Coop Bank, then at 6pm the band Jumpin Jupa sponsored by Farrelly Realty Group/ Coldwell Banker Realty will play great Jazz/ Folk & Rock. Bring your smiles, blankets, or chairs for a great time with the community.

Only 2 Days until the first Concert/BBQ of the summer season! Wednesday, June 21st. The is NO FEE to enter. We're really excited with Robert Clarke, Magician beginning about 5PM and Perfect Crime beginning about 6PM. Sponsors of the evening are Reading Cooperative Bank & Bark 'n Roll. Our BBQ begins at 5PM and those prices are family friendly and profits benefits improvements to Ipswich River Park.
