In addition, we had a few more questions about the system and Shaun was able to come back out in person to answer those questions and make a few tweaks to the sprinkler heads while he was there. We would happily use and recommend Thrive to people in need of irrigation work!"

The head person tracked mud in the garage but cleaned most of it up. I have movers coming in the morning and I had to pull out my power washer to clean the areas because it would be tracked into my home by the movers. It was tedious work. It was not something I planned on doing because I needed to be in my other home packing. I felt that they should leave the area the way they found it. I treated them well. Fed and provided them with drinks because it was so hot outside while they worked. The work took longer than expected, and I was accommodating to them. I feel that better Customer Service should have been provided."

Shaun & Carlos(?), arrived within 10 minutes of the start of the appointment window and were very polite and courteous. After telling them the error messages I was getting on my Rachio 3 Smart Sprinkler Controller, they immediately went to the problem area and quickly diagnosed and replaced the faulty part. They then conducted an inspection of the rest of the system and fixed a few other problems they saw. Before they left, they provided some insights and recommendations om some parts of the system to be aware of for the future. Going forward, this company will be my first choice for any sprinkler/irrigation work."
