Midweek progress update! This stunning green build is getting going and the crew is killing it. We can’t wait to see this build progress. ®

We have a labor of love to share today! This project was a very challenging one and took a huge team effort to get this one approved. We took our customer from an outside ASTM standard Brazilian/Chinese slate and got them into a brand new S1 grade slate system with a 75 year warranty. This blend is made up of semi weathering grey, semi-weathering Vermont black slate color profiles to match the original roof aesthetic! This project was a full restoration, slate, dormers, wall cladding, metal hardware, chimney crickets, gutters and standing seam metal. Totaling 82 squares of roof and wall slate area!

This job took us 3 weeks, start to finish, and the crew did an incredible job on the blend all the way to the installation. This home is a shiny example of why we do what we do and we strive to deliver the highest quality installs and craftsmanship for our customers. Details are everything! When we restore customers properties or homes, historic or not, a lot of the time we are presented with unique copper elements. These elements are sometimes 50-100 year old and need to fabricated and restored to pre loss condition. We embrace this challenge and our team of artisans step up and deliver!!🔥We can’t wait to show you this one once the finishing touches are added to the gutters etc. She is an absolute stunner. ®

We're thrilled to share our recent Ludowici roof installation on a historic home built in 1900!

The original roof lasted an incredible 120 years, and we're proud to continue its legacy with a new Ludowici French Tile roof in Brookeville Green with a high gloss finish.

We completed the project with copper roof trim, ensuring that this beautiful home will be protected for another century. Great work Travis Miller and the crew, outstanding results.🔥🔥 ®

We have a gorgeous unfading black S1 grade slate on this 19 square home in Peoria IL. Copper ridge, cricket and valleys delivered by the crew with the help of Grant Olson. Great work team! ®

Stunning build from Witchita Falls!! Hot off the press! 🔥🔥🔥This restoration consists of a 4 color blend as follows:

✅40% burgundy blend
✅40% summer rose
✅10% Heritage blue blend and,
✅10% desert sand to close out the colors.

The tile is none other than the incredible 13” Spanish grade 1 clay tile, the best clay tile in the business. Custom copper dormers and valleys. Great work to Sterlyn Wilkie on this build and the incredible crew who delivered another gem for this customer. ®

We are excited to have this job underway and fully dried in before hurricane decided to rain on our progress. Beauty is, we have the slate blended and ready to go back on this roof in the place of the outside ASTM standards, Chinese slate. This build is a combination of 3 different roofing types and materials. First we have 46 squares of Spanish S in a custom blend. This is paired with 32 squares of Acrylic Coated Galvalume Standing Seam and flats are made up of 8 squares of 60 mil TPO. Magic work team. ®

Nice cedar shake restoration from Edwardsville Illinois today!! 🔥🔥This build is 35 squares of medium cut cedar shake with copper valleys, step and drip edge.

Got a beautiful 56 square concrete tile to present today! 🔥This one is a Newpoint Barcelona Impact Tile with the field tile being Lexington and Barcelona hip and ridge color profile. The home also got a brand new set of gutters and downspouts.
