"The single best decision we made when facing a major renovation of a house we'd just bought, was to hire Bohannon Design Team.
The house had a very weird (an understatement) layout and was closed off and did not at all fit into the way we live. We worked with Sarah Starnes and the design team, and will end up with a house that very much suits our lifestyle.

Everyone at Bohannon was endlessly patient about doing adjustments to the original design until we got it just right. We were always made to feel that getting it perfect for us was the ultimate goal. It was a pleasure working with Sarah and Wendy and I would highly recommend Bohannon."

Functional, flexible, and fun were the guiding principles for this garage remodel. We transformed our clients’ existing garage into a fun, multi-purpose game room. This game room features built-ins with a crafting station, TV, and media storage. In addition, this game room includes a Murphy bed, bathroom, and kitchenette, perfect for accommodating overnight guests.

When it comes to multi-functional rooms, it is not about sectioning off spaces, like cubicles in an office, but rather creating a cohesive room that flows from one activity to another. How did we do? 😊

This sunset view lake house takes a subtler approach to nautical-influenced design. The free-form pendant lighting gives a nod to the earthy elements of the outdoors, while hints of blue in the fabric details of the rattan chairs pay homage to the lake surrounding. Tasteful decor complimented with expansive windows and great views gives this dining room a design that can stand the test of time. 🌊 ————————————

This home’s bright, neutral pallet rests peacefully against the backdrop of a tranquil lake underneath a clear, blue sky. Loved getting to see all the progress on the new building we designed with/for ! Located in the up-and-coming Southside district in Fort Worth, this mixed use space will feature the fabulous - a brand new natural wine bar, a beautiful retail spot currently up for lease, and a gorgeous private residence on the second floor with rooftop exercise room and cityview garden. Our whole team loved every minute working on the plan and renderings for this project. Can't wait to sit at the bar in a few months and toast Stephen & Liz Mears - the dynamic duo behind it all! 🍷

Daggett Avenue Development Will Bring Wine Bar to the Near Southside — and Then Some The wine bar won't be the only highlight of this new development going up between Daggett and Galveston avenues in the Near Southside.

We are so excited to see the word starting to get out about this wonderful new wine bar in the up-and-coming Near Southside area of Fort Worth! We designed this very fun mixed retail/residential building with Elizabeth and Stephen Mears of Mission St. Design Build. Our team couldn't be more proud to be part of this project - it's been such a delight to work on. We can't wait to toast the Mears and Holly Wine Bar upon opening!!
