Crawfish update!

We will continue to get Crawfish through the next few weeks. We do expect prices to slightly increase friday and we will be week to week the rest of the season. The catch is down, but we are still going to serve you.
If you get with me atleast 48 hours in advance I can provide you Crawfish, but the longer you wait, the less hope you should have.

Thank you all for your continued support, in 5 years we haven't had to break bad news and not fulfill our promises and I don't plan on breaking that streak soon!

Always remember! Crawfish is seasonal, we are not! Boudin, oysters, shrimp, alligator, even our famous gumbo is here to stay all year round. You need a king cake for a special occasion? We got that too!
