This was the first croque en bouche I ever made. I only made it to prove to myself that I could. I was so proud of this. As you can see my spun sugar didn’t work out and ended up as a ball on top, lol. So much stress but it was so much fun at the same time.

Caramel apple fudge, this is truly the best fudge I’ve ever made!

Trying out making the candied grapes! I used cotton candy grapes and added some color and shimmer to the sugar glaze. Dipped some in a mixture of fun dip and nerds! These are delicious. If anyone has ideas for coatings or other fruits. Let me know. Trying strawberries next!

I’ve been working hard on a full line of filled cupcakes! So far we have peach cheesecake, strawberries and cream, pineapple upside down filled, and my favorite so far the banana pudding cupcake! More in the works, cannoli cupcake is next up! If y’all have any suggestions let me know, and get those orders in!

Pecan pie, fresh from the oven! You can’t beat that smell! All of my baked pies come in a glass pie plate that’s yours to keep, guaranteeing you a perfect crust every time!

Murder mystery cheesecake! Cheesecake itself is Oreo crust with my New York cheesecake and strawberry purée. The heart on top is chocolate and filled with purée so when you cut into it it will bleed. The quote on the board was,” I cut all my words out, my heart was too full of them!” Definitely creepy but grossly delicious!

I hear about these cookies all the time, the crumbl cookies, unfortunately we don’t have that I made the cosmic brownie cookies, rich and cake like texture with chocolate ganache on top, and the snickerdoodle cupcake cookies, cinnamon sugar cake like cookies with cream cheese frosting! This is just the first two and they are phenomenal! Anyone have any requests???

Here it is!! Cannoli Cake! Four thin layers of orange zest infused vanilla sponge cake filled with a ricotta and mascarpone cannoli filling and mini chocolate chips! So good
