Canal Fest Parade info: Tuesday, July 16th @ 6:30 pm

NTAA is located at Division 2, Position 7 which is approximately around 70 Minerva St. Tonawanda NY 14150. If you can't find us there is a white check in tent at the intersection of Grove and Minerva that can direct you where to go.
Please check in at our truck (Dark Gray Dodge Ram, NTAA letters on the side) by 5:30pm.
We ask if you could have your child wear a plain white shirt. Our theme in the parade is 101 Dalmatians. We will also be providing jerseys to wear as well. Megan Kropp will be at the truck when you check in to hand out dog ears for the kids to wear in the parade.
Parents are welcome to walk with us if you choose to. We will be looking for parent volunteers to help us with the kids during the walk, staying behind the truck, handing out candy, ect.
When the parade is over we ask that you pick your children up where we will be offloading at, around Goundry and Columbia Streets in North Tonawanda. If you are wearing a jersey we provided please return it to us before you leave.

It gives me great pleasure to announce that NTAA Football & Cheerleading will be walking in this year's Canal Fest parade!

DETAILS: The parade is on Tuesday July 16th and starts at 6:30pm. We ask anyone who signs up to be available to meet us at our starting point in the parade around 5-5:30, which will be in the area of Grove and Minerva Streets in the City Of Tonawanda. More details will be provided to those who sign up as we get closer to the event.

Please act fast as spots fill quickly.

Keep in mind as well, Canal Fest is doing a theme this year for the parade that revolves around classic movies. We are coming up with ideas for this so stand by. Also we will be providing jerseys for the kids to wear to represent NTAA as well as candy for them to throw.

Dear NTAA Tackle Football Parents,

Welcome to the NTAA Tackle Football program! We are excited to have you and your child join us for what promises to be an incredible season.

Please be advised that our equipment handout will take place on the following dates and times:

**July 8th:**

- Mini Division (5-7 year olds): 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Freshmen (8-9 year olds): 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

**July 9th:**

- JV (10-11 year olds): 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Varsity: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

**Please if you cannot for some reason make your equipment pickup date and time. Reach out to us, so we can arrange you to come to either a different time slot or another day**

We will provide your child with a helmet, shoulder pads, rib guards, game and practice pants, and a jersey. We will also hand out your lottery tickets that you will be able to sell to offset your costs.

Parents are responsible for providing a practice jersey, mouthpiece, cup (groin protector), and cleats.

**What to Bring to Equipment Pick-Up:**

- A copy of your child’s birth certificate
- A $100 check, which will be returned after you fulfill your 1.5-hour volunteer requirement. This volunteer time can be completed at the snack stand or through any other sanctioned volunteer opportunity during the season.

Please note that any open balances not currently on a payment plan must be settled in full or arranged on a payment plan prior to the start of the season. Equipment will only be released to players who are paid in full or are on a payment plan. Additionally, any past due amounts must be paid off or placed on a payment plan before your child is permitted to practice.

Future Important Dates:

July 29th @ 6pm - First Day of Practice for all TEAMS (just helmets, shorts and shirt, cleats and mouth piece)
July 30th @ 630pm - Mandatory Parents Code of Conduct meeting in front of snack stand
Aug 5th or 6th - Verification Day for players
Aug 20-22nd - Picture Days (Team Dependent)
