Another fun design day with the amazing Stephanie Talevast and Brenda Anderson! The main focus of our workshop demonstration was this fabulous dough bowl. We created a foundation with boxwoods and various mosses that can be easily styled for each season and holiday. Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years all covered with smooth transitions to make holiday decorating a breeze🌿

Last week carried an extra heavy workload, and coupled with the sweltering temps, my late night sketching was nonexistent. Happy to have pencil back in hand for a depiction of a quaint neighborhood cottage.

I might have to do this one again, just because I love all the foliage in the foreground, and didn’t even get to the cedar tree and the magnificent Spanish moss.🌿
