Worlds colliding…I was fortunate to get a tour of the new The Iron Horse yesterday evening with several other Valley real estate professionals. This space is not only important to me as an ambassador for Northampton in my profession, but also because I’m a musician - singer with Eddie Japan - and have played on this vaunted stage many times. Having the Iron Horse up and running again will be such a boost to downtown, and the folks from The Parlor Room Collective clearly have the vision to make it better than ever. Mortgage rate reality check - they are still historically low.

Honored and thankful to receive my first Gold Award from at yesterday’s company meeting. There were lots of challenges in the 2023 real estate market, but thanks to my wonderful clients, my colleagues and my company, it was still one of my most productive and rewarding. Congrats to my colleagues who were also recognized for their successes in ‘23. I am looking forward to 2024, which marks my 20th year in the business. 🙂

I showed a house yesterday with a very deep indoor swimming pool. The “house”was actually built in the 70s as the recreation house / cabana for the property next door. It was a strange time capsule in which one had to pass through a very green bathroom and a sauna to get to the home’s one bedroom.

I’m not positive, but I think this is the largest house I have ever shown.
