Recently, I had a refinance close for a borrower who had been divorced. She was refinancing to use equity she had in the property to pay her ex-husband’s portion of equity to him. There were several setbacks out of our control, but we were able to restructure the loan to complete this for them. This loan was a long and challenging process, but was one of the most rewarding loans I have closed.

I recently attended my friend's bachelor party! He was unable to have one initially as he got married during COVID, so his wife set up this surprise weekend where we enjoyed the rainy weather by playing hockey, indoor go-carting and playing a golf simulator.
