Just posting so everyone knows our policy with our main doors !
Main take away being : we need to keep BOTH sets of doors closed, while not forming a line in the vestibule which can block people from getting into paul & elizabeths ! 😨
We want to ensure everyones safety, as well as keep our scoopers (and of course our ice cream !) nice and cool with the a/c on !

Thank you of course for the continued support and as always waiting in our lovely long lines for some ice cream ! We promise to be quick as possible 😉

Nick took initiative and did the most daily cleaning tasks last month so to show our appreciation he got to pick this months delicious sundae !🧼🧹🧽

🎪 HERRELL'S ALUMNA IN THE CIRCUS !?🤹
This Sunday ! at 4:00pm at the Academy of Music, the crew at CirqueUs is putting on their show : Dream Cycle !
Maeve (a former Herrell's server) is in the production and the whole cast would love if you let your imagination run free at their show !
Enjoy a sneak peak at their show, as well as a shot from last year when Maeve showed us some tricks while scooping !
Tickets are available online or at the academy of music ! 🤩

Charoset ice cream is out and available. Really delicious this year. Special thanks to our hard working ice cream makers! Come on in for a quart for Seder or snack and Happy Passover to all who celebrate.

💥 Experiment Time !!! 👩‍🔬
Every winter our ice cream production staff works hard on all the weird & interesting new flavors we've wanted to try. 👀
From cocoa merlot 🍷 (we had too much wine sitting around !) to all the UMASS food science class flavors !

After enough testing, in the spring we like to sneak out a experimental flavor or two for folks to try... and who knows, there may be some being served right now 😉

For the month of April, Herrell's has some beautiful art on display !!!
Every year we love to participate in showing off children's art, and with this initiative, also getting folks to engage in their local community !

This year we were so lucky to get the artwork from the class of the Bears 🐻 & Coyotes 🐺 from Arcadia Nature School.
On display are both spectacular birds 🦅🦜🦤& a huge rainbow 🌈, from their respective classes !

Stop in this month and see all the kids favorite pieces about their rainbow, as well as what all the birds are chirping about ! 🐣

Herrell's along with many other local organizations have various art pieces on display, and we encourage you to keep your eye out for all the beautiful art around you ! 👀

Along with the art on display, this program is also offering several other activities this week (ALL FREE) for kids aged 6-12 years old. See the last image for more info, or visit their website !

March's Sundae of the Month goes to Charlie !!!
She was impeccably on time all last month even helping out a couple minutes before her shift was scheduled !

To show our appreciation she got to pick this months delicious sundae !

Charlie's Sundae includes:
- Yellow Cow Ice Cream (banana ice cream with white and dark chocolate chips) 🍌
- Penuche Sauce 🍮
- Chocolate Sprinkles 🍫

Two wrongs dont make a right.... Right!?
Well not at Herrell's !!!

Out serving now are two of our "mistake" flavors.
We don't like to waste something that would otherwise be good so instead we just made them flavors !

- High Definition (HD) Vanilla :
while making vanilla, one ice cream maker accidentally put DOUBLE the amount of vanilla we usually use. Thus making this extra vanilla flavor !

- Maisie's Maple Mayhem :
During a busy summer shift while Maisie was making burnt sugar & butter and maple walnut accidentally morphed the two flavors into one ! Creating a buttery maple flavor (minus the walnuts)

Come stop in and give these mix ups a try !

Herrell's Favorite last minute treat ? 🤔❤️

Grabbing some of our DELICIOUS Hot Fudge and stopping to grab some strawberries to dip in it. Or make an at home fondue and use it to dip bananas, pound cake, or marshmallows !
