Hellooooo! It's been a while! Meet Luke and Leia, this week's Employees of the Week. Leia (the lighter color) is an English Bulldog. Luke is a large breed Pit and gentle giant. They are adjusting to their new home, while I'm installing new luxury vinyl plank flooring. Awesome dogs!

Meet Onyx, this big boy is a possible Employee of the Week contender. I’ll be installing luxury vinyl plank in his home after the holidays. Onyx has a great story. He was found on the streets as a very young puppy. He was sent to a prison where he was enrolled in an inmate dog training program, before being put up for adoption and joining a loving family.

Meet Teddy, my Employee of the Week. I sat down for a minute and he hopped right up to snuggle with me. This friendly 1.5 year old fella doesn’t take his eyes off me while I install his family’s new luxury vinyl plank flooring. Such a good boy! I think we may be new best friends.

Meet this week’s Employees of the Week. Three chihuahua/chihuahua mixes. They are quite a trio. A bit too helpful at times (I’m not complaining), they were masters of breaking through the gate their owners set up to keep them off the floor and my work space. Pictured on the stairs we have Peanut up top, Snickers bottom left and Maggie bottom right. I’ll miss them.

Meet Remi Lou, this week’s Employee of the Week. She is six months old, half Chocolate Lab and half German Short Haired Pointer. She leapt into my arms when I arrived to do the estimate today. They said, “she’ll jump into your arms.” I said, “I don’t know if I’ll know how to catch her.” I figured it out.

Meet Cody, this week’s Employee of the Week. He is a ten year old English Black Lab. I met him this morning at a small school I will be working in. He loves car rides, going to the beach, the water, and his three best friends are kitty cats.

Meet this week’s Employees of the Week. Luca, the cat, and Thumper, a half Lionshead rabbit, are very best friends. In addition to being best buddies, they are rescues and already certified emotional support animals. I met them at Our Lady Star of the Sea School, a 114 year old Catholic Elementary School located in Atlantic City, NJ. The animals are available to the students, as needed in a very controlled setting. This school is doing other amazing things, too, including building a brand new state of the art STEAM lab. Meet Boomer (dog) and Wylie (cat), this week’s Employees of the Week. They are a pleasure to work alongside. Boomer likes to be scratched behind his ears every half hour or so. Wylie spends a great deal of time circling, investigating, and contemplating the moved furniture. I don’t think he approves of the furniture’s temporary relocation.

It’s been a while! Meet Benny, my Employee of the Week. Benny is a Beagle Hound mix. He is an enthusiastic greeter. He has the most pleasant personality so I really enjoy our break time together….. even with those long legs, he will leave me a couple of inches to sit. Such a good boy!

Meet Skipper and Buoy. Full disclosure, I’m not working with them, but I do find them on the job at their place of business. They spend their days at our marina and these very good boys are worth the share. Skipper is the Lab and Buoy is the Golden Retriever. Happy and friendly fellows. Skipper feels the need to share with new visitors. He will grab pamphlets, magazines, brochures in his mouth and bring them to you to share. He doesn’t let you have them, he just brings them to you. After a lengthy absence, due to an extended period of working in new construction, we are back with a triple for this week’s Employee of the Week. Meet Lacey (tall with curly hair), Myrtle (Pug), and Sophia (looks like a Chihuahua). There is a special story here. Their mom is a retired veterinarian who took these pups in when their owners could no longer afford or take care of their medical issues. It is tough to get a picture. When I stop to take their pic, they let me know they love the attention. They are awesome.

Meet Skippy. We met him tonight in Philadelphia. He’s ten years old, half Chihuahua and half Schipperke. He enjoys happy hours, meeting new friends, and sunning his tummy.

Meet Archer, this week’s Employee of the Week. Archer is a three year old Catahoula Leopard dog, rescued by friends of ours. We are experiencing some awful weather here in the North Eastern USA today! Archer seems to have enjoyed yesterday’s snow and may be getting more today. We apologize for the absence of posts.
