I’m grateful to have spent the last week in Florida visiting family. Early morning sunrise walks were a special treat and I share the beautiful Atlantic frequencies with you along with a wisdom quote:

Hello Friends!

I’m just sending out a little heart healing love from the cicadas. I have really been enjoying the blessing that they are on the planet at this time. Bringing in their ancient lineage and the frequency of love through their beautiful songs.

There are so many here and I’ve been taking walks with them riding on my hands, arms - wherever - playing rescuer when I find them helplessly flipped on their backs or floating in the water. Moving them from cement to trees, pulling them off my car so I don’t hurt them when I move my car and so forth. I honor them and their contribution to the planet and our experience here and now. They are simply beautiful!

I have found such a deep and loving connection with them - I know it may seem odd but through the eyes of unity and oneness, it’s really not to me.

I have no fear so I don’t worry when they land on me and they are actually quite beautiful and loving if you tune into their energy and vibration. Looking into their eyes is another whole level. ♥️. I find the females are smaller and hold on with their legs a little softer or more Yin. While the males hold on more tightly with a masculine Yang energy and the small ones are so radiant and cute.

It’s been a few weeks since they emerged. I’ve seen many mating now and many dying. Their song is starting to change as well. It will only be a couple of weeks now and these dear souls will have retreated to begin their next 17 year cycle. Amazing.

I found myself with a wave of sadness yesterday realizing our time together is almost complete.

I don’t know where I will be in 17 years. So I will enjoy this connection, love & oneness as much as I can. 🌺

Sunday Vibes - especially after all the rain we’ve had recently!

It was an amazing day at the Gardens today so much is in bloom and the New Earth magic was definitely lit as we are integrating massive solar flares with more on the way, we are also a moving into the 6/6 portal of Divine Love coupled with a New Moon. So . Frequencies are super high and we are literally being lifted into New Realities and New Earth each now moment. Keep going inward that is the key - keep letting go of all of the distortions, programming, limiting beliefs, trauma, drama, judgement of self and others. Keep coming back to LOVE. Keep purifying physically mentally and emotionally. That’s what I’m doing!

Everything is here now, it’s all about frequency. Keep refining your frequency and you will see through seemingly new eyes, new heart, & new mind. 🙏.

What a beautiful Mother’s Day weekend we had here in the Chicago area and around the world!

Unprecedented solar flares bringing in unbelievable energies for our forward advancement and wide eyed entertainment as we witnessed the auroras all over the planet! All divinely aligned in supporting a wave of LOVE to flow through all hearts on this blessed weekend!

My weekend went from sunrise and sunset beach walks, to the Baha’i temple for a commUnity gathering, to gardening in my new outdoor space, and a soul-filled day on Sunday with my daughter as we gardened together, visited my mother and grandmother - 4 generations including my daughter - and offered some cheerful flowers in the memorial garden where they are remembered, we took a walk with her dog in the beautiful afternoon, and enjoyed a delicious dinner out. I am/we are so blessed in each moment. I am overflowing with gratitude 🌺🕊️🌺

Happy Mother’s Day to ALL - as we all share roles of the mother and father in someway throughout our journey!

But special thanks today for the babes even as they grow into young adults and adults for giving us the opportunity to share our hearts and grow in such a special way with them.

Nothing prepares you for the expansive love you will feel as a mother, the responsibility, joy, frustration at times 🤣, and so much more.

Our children are indeed our master teachers and today as a mother I say thank you to ALL for playing your beautifully unique and divine role on this planet as mothers, daughters, sisters, fathers, sons, brothers, and friends.

May we continue to evolve, grow, love, live, and share our light through a humble, loving , kind, and compassionate heart and lens of unity.

Have a joyful day everyone and please remember to thank our Earth Mother, Gaia, Pachamama, as ultimately without her we could not have this experience at all!!!
