I want to share with y’all a part of my journey of how I got here!

I am the founder, owner, and designer of HK&B Jennielynn Little. My husband and I Caleb Little, bought a fixer upper. Not just a repaint the walls fixer upper… a complete GUT. It was special because it was his grandparents house and a part of where he grew up. We were young, about to be new parents, and had no clue what we were doing or getting into. However, we knew we had the motivation and vision to make it happen. God lead us and we followed. We definitely made some mistakes but we learned and we bettered ourself and our craft with each new project! We worked on and rennovated over the span of 3 years and I’m going to share my favorite transformation from that home! The master suite/bathroom😍 It took a while to figure it out but we laid it out together and he made our vision come to life!

Caleb is our hero.. he is strong, meticulous, willing to learn, always striving to be better, craves growth, and is willing to do whatever he needs to be the best he can be! I am so proud as his wife and partner to have him to live this life with and make our dreams a reality. He works hard at work and at home! I couldn’t be more proud of him for following his dreams And contining to grow Little Southern Solutions !

Who says laundry rooms can’t be luxurious?!

It’s definitely not us..😍 This laundry was upgraded not only visually but also with a TON of storage and more useful space🙌🏼

All new Northpoint cabinetry, hanging rack for clothes, crown moulding, butchers block countertops, & an amazing mud bench! Thank you to Josh & Alivia Darty Price for choosing us to knock this project out! and to Little Southern Solutions for an amazing job making the design come to life 🤩

Like I promised…. LOOK AT THIS TRANSFORMATION! 🤩🤩

This was such a huge project and upgrade for this cabin! The previous Owner built the whole cabin & cabinetry himself! & The Loyds wanted upgrade it to make it their own❤️

This kitchen features Kith Kitchens cabinetry and quartz countertops from Mega Granite !

The color for the wall cabinets are Maple Alabaster and the island is Maple Nutmeg! The island features include a wine cubby, trash can pullout, roll out trays in the 36” cabinet, and X columns to extend it to 4’ deep for plenty of room for entertaining & prep space! 🙌🏼 ❤️
The cabinetry along the walls include a pull out spice rack organizer beside the oven, pull out tray/ cutting board organizer beside the dish washer, raised coffee bar, and floating shelves above the sink that match the island🤩

I honestly couldn’t be more happy for the loyds and their new and improved kitchen! I am so thankful they trusted me with the design, layout, ordering process, and Little Southern Solutions to make their dreams and my drawings come to life❤️

Sneak peak of our biggest transformation yet🤩

All new EVERYTHING🙌🏼 North point Cabinetry, elements k***s and pulls, tile backsplash, LVP flooring, granite countertops, switches and outlets, appliances, and more😍

For this transformation we expanded their kitchen by 18” to keep their sitting area that they love but add more funcationality and storage to their space! It truly is incredible what that small of an addiction did for this kitchen! ❤️

We upgraded to all ceiling hight uppers, a beautiful 24” pantry cabinet, pull out trash can base beside the right corner cabinet, and so much more!! This project has been So fun and so rewarding!!! I am thankful they chose me to design this huge upgraded space and Little Southern Solutions to make it all come to life🙌🏼❤️ more pictures & videos to come of the full project🤩🤩

First completed kitchen & wow at the transformation! This kitchen was completed with Northpoint Cabinetry! These are the Catalina premiere collection cabinets with slate as the color! All premier cabinetry includes soft close hinges and beautiful finish!

This kitchen remodel including Upgrading to full ceiling height uppers for more storage, all new crown, base, and cabinet molding, a more simple and sleek arched valence, and beautiful countertops with an included 4” backsplash! They knew what they wanted and made my job easy! From designing, renderings, ordering, to All instillation and finishing it took just 4 short weeks!! 🙌🏼😍

With the holidays coming up I thought I’d share a few of my favorite organizers & accessories for the kitchen! Updating can be as simple as adding functionality to your existing kitchen cabinetry with any or all of these amazing accessories❤️

My personal favorites are the trash can pullout (because we have nosey puppies🦮) & of course the kitchenaid mixer/ small appliance lift lift with soft close hinges!! 😍I love baking, especially this time of year & LOVE having easy access to my mixer (and especially not having to move that heavy thing!!)

Welcome to Highlands Custom Kitchen and Bath! I am Jennielynn Little, the owner and designer behind the name! I am so excited to start this new chapter and thought I would explain more about myself and my why for starting this company! ❤️

For the past 7 years I have been a full time hair stylist and still work 3 days a week in the salon! I Also have a 3 year old son, Owen James little, and have been married to my honey Caleb Little for 4 years❤️ Since I can remember I have loved interior design! Once I moved out at 19 that passion grew as I learned how to decorate and explore what my style was. That passion evolved into learning what I could modify and improve about my home to fall more in love with it. Like most of you I spent hours, (when I had the time) watching HGTV and doing DIY projects! When I married my husband he was super handy, so we began remodeling our garden home to sell! After it sold we bought a home that was a complete gut & remodel. It took us 3 years to complete renovating the entire home! And fast forward to now, we are building!! Needless to say, It has been a busy 4 years, !! Throughout all of these processes I began to fall In love with the feeling of not only restoring/ improving the beauty and integrity of a home but also, creating more functionality into these updated spaces as well! I learned A TON through my real experiences over these past few years! I began doing small projects and after becoming more and more interested decided to further my education. Last year I invested in The interior Design Institute, certification program to soak up as much knowledge as I could!

My mission in creating HK&B is to help people who don’t know where to start, what order to go in, or need help along the way in their improvement or building journey. I will strive to be reliable, approachable, honest, and make people as comfortable as I can during this process! Renovating and building can be chaotic, I am here to make taking the steps along the way as smooth and comfortable as possible!

We Provide Digital Renderings for your projects, Custom cabinetry, countertops, k***s and pulls, pull out organizers and more! I am excited to be a REP for some amazing company’s with top quality products such as:
