NorthRiver Primary Care Call-In Care

As of June 1, 2023, we are introducing “Call-In Care” for our patients.
For all requests for new prescriptions for acute problems there will be a charge of $30.
This applies to common requests for prescriptions for problems such as pink eye, urinary tract infections, poison ivy, etc. The response to such requests will be determined by the physician. If we feel that an office visit is needed, you will be scheduled to come in and will not be charged for call-in care. Please understand that, while we strive to provide convenient care for our patients, appropriate and responsible care may not always be convenient in today’s healthcare system. We believe in appropriate and judicious use of prescription medications, and we prefer to evaluate most problems in person.
