My comfy chair and glass of rosé is ready for VPR part three reunion! Tonight I’m enjoying a refreshing glass of Whispering Angel! This wine is made from the grapes Grenache, Cinsault, and Rolle. I taste notes of lemon, grapefruit, raspberry, peach, and floral notes! Which glass are you raising high tonight?!

Happy Wine Wednesday! After a day filled with Disney quotes it’s time for some steak and red wine!

Tonight I’m enjoying a delicious glass of Alpha Omega Cabernet Franc 🍷 this wine has notes of dark fruit, coffee, green peppers, game, smoke, leather, and vanilla (from the oak barrels). The high tannins makes this a perfect pairing for a NY strip 😋

Now that the weather is warming up let’s talk about Rosé this week!!! Rosé can be made by 3 different methods and can be made with many different grapes!

The top rosé Whispering Angel is from Provence, France and it’s a lighter shade of pink. It’s made from a blend of grapes but mostly Grenache.

The bottom rosé is Erath from Oregon and is much darker in color. This rosé is made with the grape Pinot Noir.

Chianti is such a great Italian red wine! Chianti is a red blended wine with the main grape being Sangiovese. On this wine I get notes of blackberry, cherry and coffee! What’s your favorite Chianti? 🇮🇹

Tempranillo is a non-alcoholic red wine. There’s strong notes of cherry, raisin, and hints of oak! In my research I found this wine is made is Spain and that they follow the normal wine making methods before being de-alcoholized. What’s the best non-alcoholic wine you’ve tried?!

Red, white, and sparkling rosé! Tonight I am enjoying a glass of La Marca Prosecco Rosé😊Prosecco is unique from other sparkling wines and has it’s set of rules. Enjoy notes of peach, strawberry, lemon, and I tasted a jolly rancher 😆 have your tried Prosecco Rosé before?

Friends celebrated a birthday with an Italian Wine tasting! And look at that charcuterie board 😍 Some wines were familiar to the group and some they tasted for the first time! What’s your favorite Italian wine?!

Pinot Noir is my go to red wine for the summer! Pinot Noir have a lighter body and softer tannin than other reds. This particular Pinot Noir called Innocent Bystander is from Australia! Tasty notes of red cherry, strawberry, dried spice, blueberry, cedar, and a hint of chocolate 🍫 what is your favorite Pinot Noir?!

It’s 80° in Michigan so it’s officially Rosé season! Studio is from the same producer as Miraval which is one of my favorite wines 😋 This wine has refreshing notes of flowers, grapefruit, lemon, orange, and hints of the sea 🌊 what’s your favorite rosé?!

The votes are in and the first wine I tasted was Domaine Drouhin Laurène Pinot Noir! This silky Oregon wine has notes of cranberry, red cherry, white pepper, and clove!! Thanks to and for this delectable wine 🍷

On our last stop on our Les Vins de France in Epcot tour we are having some scrumptious rosé with ! This rosé is bright and refreshing with notes of strawberry, lemon, stone fruit, and mineral.

Had a custom virtual wine tasting earlier this week! For their parents 35th wedding anniversary family celebrated with a combo of Italian and French wines. Puppies joined in the fun too 😊🍷🐶

When you’re in Epcot at the France pavilion no trip is complete unless you enjoy a glass a Bordeaux (my all time favorite wine😊)! When my friend Julie said she loves Cabernet Sauvignon, I knew this was the wine for her! This wine had notes of plum, licorice, vanilla, black cherry, chocolate, and green pepper 🍷

What makes the region of Bordeaux so unique is that it’s divided by a river and based on if you’re on the Left Bank or the Right Bank will determine what grape is dominant in the wine. They taste totally different! I compare the Left and Right Banks in both virtual and in person packages. It’s Italian night at the Hagerty’s so we enjoyed a refreshing glass of Trebbiano! There we notes of peach, white flowers, pineapple and lemon on the palate! This wine was especially tasty on our first 60° day in Michigan for the year ☀️ 🍷
