.........Beautiful imported hand made Moroccan Leather Riding Boots as worn in the Fantasia Equine Program there. They feature full length side zippers and hand embroidery in the front and out sides. These were brought for our participation in opening of Dearborn Arab American Museum, but never worn as they were a little too small and I wear 7 1/2 -8. They are the perfect accessory for Arabian Native Costume classes or equine parades. Come with knit boot bags they have been stored in. In perfect condition. $199 or make an offer. Black cape with gold embroidery enhancing the front opening, hemline, sleeve openings and hood. Light weight silky fabric comfortable in hot summer classes for Arabian Native Costume. Purchased in the old town Arab shops in Dearborn. Was worn and won Water Wonderland native Costume Class at MSF. Hat, veil, and other parts of the costume will be posted separately. $125

Hand made velvet green cape heavily decorated with jewels, cording, and applications. Looks spectacular with LED lights that are not included. Was used in Arabian Native Costume Classes and lighted parades. One size fits all. $150

Beautiful suede-like native costume consisting of saddle which takes a western cinch, saddle blanket, and wool breast collar. lead, reins, and halter which I used attached to a thin English hanger which held the bit. This saddles features beautiful embroidered horses on the skirt. This is a rare, unique high quality saddle that was brought to the US in the 80's. I was told that it was shown in native costume classes at the national level in US and Canada wining a reserve championship. I have used it in a equine fashion show at a Michigan horse expo held in Novi, parades in our state capitol Lansing, Grand Opening of the first Arab American Museum in Dearborn, MI, and just a few parades. The saddle is in excellent vintage condition with no holes, stains, or tears. I have a number of different costumes of different sizes that can probably be paired with it, if needed. $2500 Cash at pick up in SE Michigan or will take Pal and Ship at cost with insurance

Authentic Moroccan tack for sale at $4500.
Beautiful complete Moroccan Saddle and accessories in excellent condition. It consists of the saddle, saddle cover, saddle blanket, bridle with reins, breast plate, Necklace for jugular vein protection in war, and the piece we used behind the ears. The under saddle came without fittings and I had fittings attached to accommodate a western cinch which is more secure and for the breast plate. This is a museum quality costume that I obtained from a friend I taught with in college when he went home to visit over several years which explains the addition of pieces in the photos, such as the necklace and reins. The saddle was used for the opening of the Arab American Museum in Dearborn, MI and for a few parades. This tack is all hand embroidered which the craftsmen apply using both hands. When the Cowgirl Museum in Fort Worth, TX was looking to set up the exhibit you see on the last photo, we provided his saddle and parts of my costume that he later replaced for me. So some of my pieces for sale were not even used by me as the museum needed the compete costumes to coincide with the I MAX movie about horsemen around the world, tracing modern western saddles to the higher pommel and cantel, to the Moroccans. I have only seen one Moroccan saddles at the nationals similar to this and I think they added padding to the saddle that sits under the saddle cover. Available for cash at the farm or I can take pay pal or direct bank routing of funds for shipment at cost with insurance. My friend told me the Chinese are now copying their saddles for tourists, but the embroidery is machine done on cardboard. He obtained this set by going to the valley where the craftsmen sell to the Fantasia riders. This is the real thing and a usable piece of history for display or use in native costume classes or ethnic events and parades. I wrote an article on this saddle for Arabian Mirage international Arabian magazine. I will try to get the online version and post it under comments. I also have genuine Moroccan embroidered boots the Fantasia riders wear which are about a 7 and too small, so never worn.
