There is still time to purchase tickets for I Love Pig Day at Maybury Farm. We have two options: regular admission fees to come out and enjoy activities, wagon rides ($3.00 per person), StoryTime, and seeing our pigs do tricks. If you want to build your own stuffed pig to take home, the premium package for one includes a wagon ride, activities, and storytime, and then build your stuffed pig with a Maybury Farm T-shirt. Hope to see you at the farm on 8/24/2024 from 11:00 to 3:00 PM for the activity. The farm is open from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM, so you can enjoy the animals and the farm.
Please join us tomorrow for a fun evening event
The Friends of Maybury partially funds Scout projects within the park using membership dues and donations. These projects have included trail maintenance, boardwalk renovation, and emergency marker installation. Currently on the list is to replace some of the bluebird boxes The Friends maintain. According to the Michigan Bluebird Society, bluebirds thrive in properly managed human provided housing and bluebird numbers have increased in the last 15 years. For more information on how to support the park or make a donation please visit www.friendsofmarybury.org
