Just closed on a beautiful home in Whitman, MA for my first-time home buyer Sally and her family! 🏡

Her purchase was a roller-coaster of ups and downs between inspection issues that we were able to navigate and resolve with negotiations all the way to appraisal issues because of a federal loan.

She stuck with it through the process and everything came together!

It was such a pleasure to help this lovely couple with their down-sizing adventure! They accepted an amazing offer 2 days after the open house and were such troopers during the whole process!

We started by clearing out the house and sorting through personal items to get the home “show-ready” Proceeding to a garage sale and them letting me order them a POD ✅ PODS are great because they allow you to get personal items you want to keep out of the house before you move! They are a great return-on-investment because your home will show better with less stuff in it (and get higher offers for it!)

I was then able to offer my re-design service to this couple! I use the furniture that they have but re-arrange it to showcase the space ✅ I also bring in fresh plants and finishing touches like artwork and bedspreads if needed!

Finally it was a matter of hiring the best professional photographer to help me showcase the home further ✅

We got an amazing offer 2 days after the open house! And the icing on the cake was that I got to see my clients move in to their perfect down-sizing spot with one-level living! And all the Mai-Tai’s! 🍹🏡🍹
