Now in its 4th year, the Pinhook Bourbon War vertical bourbon series continues to be one of the most interesting experiments taking place in the bourbon space currently. The series started with Bourbon War 4 Year and will end in 2027 when the bourbon is 12 years old. So far, each year the proof has ticked up, and Bourbon War 7 Year ups the ante by coming in at 115 compared to Bourbon War 6 Year’s 107 proof. Pinhook’s co-founder and Master Blender Sean Josephs states that Bourbon War 7 Year is “bottled at cask strength, which was not necessarily the intention, but I tried the at 114, 113, 112, and 111 and cask strength at 115 was the best proof.” Josephs goes on to state that this year's blend of 130 barrels had a barrel entry proof that “was 120 so these barrels continue to lose proof in the cooler aging environment (brick and concrete) at C&K [Castle & Key]. Makes me hopeful that the slow aging will help these go the distance to 12 years old without becoming overly extracted/woody.” Come try our July whiskey of the month. https://spt.to/z8XObm

Hey, Norton Community!

Starting today, July 1, our restaurant will be closed for a vacation until we reopen on Wednesday, July 10 at noon. As always, we want to thank you for your unwavering support and loyalty.

Our staff works incredibly hard all year long, and many of you know that we’ve had a lot of the same amazing team for years. We feel they deserve to enjoy some uninterrupted summer sunshine with their friends and family— you can’t get back this precious time with them! My wife Kim and I value family over everything & we can’t wait to have some downtime with ours either!

We can’t wait to return and fill your bellies with the best 𝓑𝓾𝓻𝓰𝓮𝓻𝓼, 𝓑𝓮𝓮𝓻, & 𝓑𝓸𝓾𝓻𝓫𝓸𝓷 around. Have a fantastic 4th of July, and remember: practice firework safety so you don’t lose any fingers! (Just kidding, but seriously, be safe!)

Honoring Memorial Day

Tomorrow, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage and dedication have shaped the freedoms we cherish today.

In observance of Memorial Day, our business will close today at 3 PM and will reopen on Wednesday, May 29th. We encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect on the significance of this day.

Our friends at Crew Brew out of Raynham will be hosting our May tap takeover. We will feature 4 of their beers for the day. Beers are on tap all day and reps from the brewery will be here from 6-8pm with samples and giveaways.
