Are you ready to take control of your life & achieve the goals you've always set for yourself?
These clients of mine are improving their health, building their physique and gaining confidence together.
They are lifting the weights with my online programming, pushing themselves further and faster on their runs and feeding their bodies with fuel as they prioritize nutrient dense foods.
They are building a stronger intrapersonal relationship as well as a deeper relationship as a couple as they are creating new habits and tackling their goals with each other.
The specifics look different for everyone, but if you focus on these important pillars of success, you are guaranteed to feel more confident and create the changes you are searching for.
There's not a whole lot more valuable than that as an individual, couple or family.

Probably the most challenging aspect of any fitness journey is being consistent. Consistency in fitness isn't about pushing yourself to the limit every single day; it's about setting a sustainable routine and sticking to it over time.
Here's why consistency matters:
Progress: Fitness gains happen over time. Regular, consistent workouts allow you to build on the progress you make each day, leading to significant long-term results.
Creating Habits: It takes time to form a habit. The more consistently you work out, the more ingrained it becomes in your daily routine.
Boosting Confidence: Each workout you complete adds to your confidence and motivation, creating a positive cycle that fuels further progress.
Improved Health: Regular exercise has countless health benefits, from increased energy and better mood to reduced risk of chronic diseases.
Preventing Plateaus: By consistently challenging your body, you help prevent plateaus in your fitness journey.
Staying consistent doesn't mean you can't have flexible days or rest days; it just means you commit to getting back on track even when life throws a curveball.

For many people the hardest part of working out is working out consistently. The most common excuse is always “I'm too busy.”
There's no denying that life can make it tough to make time for your workouts, especially when you are preparing for an upcoming wedding like my boss client here who not only dedicated herself to preparing for her wedding, but decided to throw in a triathalon as well.
Whether you have time constraints or not, you still have to make the time to workout and you still have to be consistent.
How do you find the motivation and desire to work out consistently, especially when it’s hard enough just to get started? It's about building habit into your routine and learning how to be consistent.
No matter your goal, or where you are starting, these strategies will help you stick to your plan:
-don't overcommit
-make it a lifestyle
-put it on your schedule
-speak it into existence
-reflect & reward
-recruit an accountability partner
-actually prepare
-keep it simple

Do you climb the mountain for others to see you, or do you climb the mountain to see the world?
A lot of people will climb one ⛰ and think that it's enough. They expect the 🌎 to bow down, tell them they did great and give them a gold 🌟.
Not my client Eli. Eli had lost 65 pounds and he's not done yet. He knows that if you want s**t to change in your life, it's about getting your butt out of bed and making the decision that you are going to create something every day that is in line with your power and purpose.
This guy right here...
He didn't just make the choice to go above and beyond to complete the 75 Hard Program, he smashed it for his why's. He finished it together with his person (his wife), he picked his purpose and followed his reason.
When he fell asleep on the couch before finishing his water 2/3 of the way through (with no one but himself knowing) he started back over at day 1. He was clear, intentional and refused to bow out before those 75 days were completed.
Will isn't a social media guy and didn't do it for likes or follows. He didn't keep his head in the game to get praise from people to feel like he did a good job. He found the strength and discipline within himself and did it for his person, his purpose and reason. For the voice that never really goes away as he continued to hustle in silence.
He got past the negative voices in his head by staying committed and doing it for himself. He continued to build and continued to beat the voice of self doubt. When setting a goal, pick your purpose like Will did, continue to fight for it and keep those intentions strong!
