❤️ If you REALLY love a business, and they’re not producing content that you see as helpful, or worse, that makes them look bad in your eyes, take that extra step and let them know. If they’re producing TikTok videos that made you lose credibility in their services, or their Facebook posts feel super slimy or are downright UGLY, send them a message behind the scenes (DM them) and share what you feel.

If business owners have clear and direct insight into why their social isn’t working well, this helps them decide how and where to adjust their strategy, messaging and in some cases, re-assess their brand voice.

📣 LISTEN UP ENTREPRENEUR.

EVEN IF you are in start-up mode, working around the clock, on weekends, AND having work anxiety dreams, you NEED to step away. Otherwise, you may lead yourself into burnout where you’ll be stuck in a state of physical and/or mental breakdown, where you start to go a little crazy, and where no one wants to be around you.

👉 This can go on for days, weeks, months, or even years in some cases. Some entrepreneurs give up completely due to total burnout (or crash and burn).

This has happened to a few of our clients before they began outsourcing some of the more brain-frying elements of running a business. Number crunching, hiring, human resources, and profit planning can be a few of those hair-raising tasks. 💵

⭐ Do yourself a favor, and start taking a day off a week, or at least half a day, where you go sit in a coffee shop with a good book, or go see a hilarious movie with a friend, or buy yourself a cozy sweater while you wander the mall with a pretzel and get a 2-minute chair massage. �

Take a few hours to do something that requires you to handle no work fire extinguishers, answer no e-mails or calls, and literally allows your nervous system to come down and allow you to be present and just exist.
