Sacred Cacao Circle and Sound Healing

Join Stephanie Cooper and Misty Ganoe for a special pre-Mother’s Day offering- Cacao and Sound Healing.

The intention of this event is to celebrate the strength of the Mother, the one that rises after every fall and unwavering determination to love. A Mothers love and resiliency is often quiet and goes unnoticed. Allow this space to celebrate the Mother within or the Mother’s that walked a path in your life.

Stephanie is a cacao ceremony facilitator and will open the first hour of this offering holding space for heart opening cacao. We will allow space for Mother Cacao to open our hearts with the support of rituals, story telling and gentle movement.

We will then continue to absorb what is there for us as we allow ourselves to deepen into meditation through sound. Misty is a sound healing practitioner who will be holding space during the second half of this event with the healing frequencies of the ocean drum, quartz crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, as well as other beautiful instruments.

Weaving together the medicine of cacao with the medicine of sound creates a powerful opportunity to reconnect with self in celebration of our resilient feminine energy. We are looking forward to honoring the mother in us all, as well as those who have come before us.

Through Deborah Adele’s interpretation we will discuss how to apply the principles of this ancient text into our modern lives.
