I've been actively competing in natural bodybuilding contests since 2005, training clients since 2008.
One of the options I offer is for an online consultation/workout program development. I have you email me with what your goals are, how many days a week you would like to train, and what equipment is available to you. I then customize a plan for you and offer weekly follow ups for accountability if that is something you are interested in. This is great for people who are not local, or just want to have someone they can contact if they have questions or need advice. With a life of experience in both sports and fitness, I am looking to help serious clients who not only want to work out but actually see results. I have been training privately since 2008 having worked with kids ages 12-15, high school and college athletes, the working population and retired senior citizens looking to stay active. I offer in home training using resistant bands or your personal equipment, can come to a gym with you if given permission from the facility or have equipment in Norwood where I work out of a shop. If you are ready to make a commitment to your health and want accountability, please feel free to message me and we can set up a consultation via text or phone. I am ready to open up my client book for the summer, with availability Mon-Thurs 9am-6pm, Fri 9am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-2pm.

Jumping jacks, push ups, abs*, mountain climbs, bodyweight squats, lunges, dips with chairs, presses with equally weighted items
*Crunches, bicycle crunches, lying leg raises, butterfly kicks, seated leg ups, plank holds, oblique twists standing or seated
Yoga.
Also, walk or jog up and down your stairs for cardio.
