I will be sending out e-mails about this event, if you are registered please watch for them. Might I ask for a little help with posting that the course will be closed? I need this posted on all available social media platforms. Please use the following wording when posting.
Notice Stafford Lake Disc Golf course will be closed to the public March 5th and March 6th 2022 due to a tournament.
I am still looking for volunteers for this event.
I am looking for the following.
1. Help signing in players and handing out players packs.
2. Help doing per card players meetings.
3. Spotters
4. People to check water stations.

Thank you everyone who has signed up for this event! If you have not signed up but would like to participate I will need volunteers for several things.
1. Lead person for 1st hole players meeting per group. Because of the CDC regulations we will not have a large players meeting.
2. Lead person for handing out players packs and assuring players have checked in via Disc Golf Scene.
3. Lead person for spotting.
4 Lead person for water station refilling and checking.
5. Lead person for help with awards as divisions come in from playing on day 2.
