Vendor Specialists will be responsible for…

● Maintaining and building relationships with the contracted real estate appraisers. ● Serve as a liaison between our staff and our contracted real estate appraisers. ● Assist in resolving escalated orders for the customer service and quality control as they pertain to the appraisers.

● Improve coverage nationwide, through use of reporting, appraiser statistics and constant contact via direct personal phone calls and E-mail.

● Positively impact appraisal overall turn time and reduction of KAM inbound calls.

The Vendor specialist position allows individuals to work via satellite from their home office.

● Training on industry and company-specific terminology, data, and procedures will be provided. ● 1stNAS offers Medical, Dental, Optical, Life insurance & 401K after 90 days of employment.

We are currently looking to hire multiple QC Specialists. We prefer full time but are open to part time or contract. The position is remote. Our QC Specialists are responsible for auditing appraisals based on both automated checklist messages and a manual checklist. A basic knowledge of appraisals is helpful but not necessary.
