This was a beautiful project completed in 2018. We were never able to photograph it because we did not have the correct equipment. Recently the couple decided to sell the apartment in Greenwich Village and buy the penthouse in the same building. When it got listed we finally had photos that were representative of the space.

Multiple shelves of Molton Brown soap, pasta from Italy and how about Silverado Napa Valley Cabernet 2000...... I suppose staging a 25,000 square foot estate requires everything! I’m not suggesting you go for the pasta but the chagrin and polished nickel coffee, 30 feet of lamps (Circa, Hudson Valley, Arteriors and Hubbardton Forge) - not only can you walk out there with anything you want, but it’s a fraction of the price!
