“Lee is 42 and has lost a significant amount of weight. As we age and lose weight, unfortunately we lose fat and volume in our face.

For Lee I addressed:
🍬 the sagging in his cheeks
🍫 corrected his bowels
🍬 volumized his midface
🍫 redefined his jawline
🍬 his sunken undereyes
🍫 the laxity in his submental (under the chin) area
🍬 the horizontal lines in his neck
🍫 his fine lines and wrinkles with tox
🍬 the scar on his right lower cheek
🍫 his nasolabial folds

The last photo is to show realistically how much filler was needed to create these results. He received 8.5 syringes of filler and 40 units of Xeomin. He will most likely need a touch up on his under eye and will want to repeat the neck tightening treatment.
This was his first filler treatment but he has been getting tox for years.
This photo was taken immediately post injection. I will post a photo when his tox starts to work and all of the swelling subsides (in about two weeks)

Swelling should subside by day 2-4 while bruising can last anywhere from 3-7ish days. Topical arnica can help with pain and bruising post treatment. Ice can also be used to help with swelling.
