It’s social media day! Remember: social media should not be making you feel bad.
Self compassion and self love are two of the most important gifts you can give yourself.
When you love yourself, you give yourself the freedom to be open enough to allow others to love you as well. Don't close yourself off, your worth is beyond comprehension. 💙
“HERE ARE SOME SIGNS THAT YOUR FEELINGS ARE NAVIGATING YOUR LIFE:
1. You are emotionally reactive consistently + say or do things you later regret.
2. You often feel like you “overreacted” + aren’t sure why.
3. Your relationships are full of conflict, confusion, chaos, or instability
4. Your communication style is: hostile, accusatory, or you completely shut down.
5. You feel exhausted, drained, or resentful around other people.

4. Just because you *feel* something is true doesn’t mean it’s true. This key in having healthy relationships.
5. Our feelings are always valid. Our *reactions* to our feelings can sometimes: be hurtful, violate boundaries, or create dysfunctional relationship dynamics.
