Karstens Financial is looking for a Insurance Sales Manager to work on basic office tasks on an hourly basis from their home. Work ranges from help running insurance quotes to finalizing and processing business. Your job will be to speak with clients and finalize their insurance account Calling and following up with current clients. Hours are generally 9 to 5 M - F.
What we offer:
Salary plus commission structure. Base Salary plus Bonuses (based off sales and commitment) Base Salary is between $600 and $1200 USD per month to start based of experience. Bonuses quarterly range between $2000 and $8000 USD.

Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Requirements
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
