Here’s a simple recipe for the mint julep

2oz bourbon
1/2oz simple syrup
20 mint leaves
Crushed ice

Muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup to infuse the mint flavor. Add bourbon, then fill with crushed ice. Garnish with fresh mint sprig.

Jo’s version is the 2oz of bourbon and a glass. That’s it 😉
