survived tropical storm Debby without any damage. We are so grateful for our kind, understanding renters whose vacation was cut short due to the storm. We are making plans to have them come back during better weather. 🌊🌀🏝️💙

JUNE 21, 2024 • CONCERT PARKING

So far, the has been one of the best (and most attended) ever, and this week’s concert with The Entertainers Band is expected to be no exception!

So please help us spread the word about these important 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜 & 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬:

• Concert starts at 6:30 PM, but plan to arrive early to avoid any frustrations with parking or finding a seat

• Carpooling (or 🛺 for you LSV drivers) might be a good idea as well, just make sure seatbelts and child safety seats are in use

• Paid Parking is NOT charged, and Right-Of-Way parking IS allowed during the concert times; HOWEVER, the entire vehicle (all tires) must be off the pavement, parked in the same direction as the flow of traffic

Simply put: if you cannot park your vehicle without being completely off the pavement, then you cannot park your vehicle in that location. Citations can and will be Issued.

By taking these actions, having a little patience, and using plain old kindness, we can keep street areas free for any Emergency Vehicle Traffic that may be needed, and help ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable evening!
