NEW: I'm adding a second LiftStrong Powerlifting group for women! This small lifting group focuses on barbell squat, bench press, and deadlift. Workouts also include functional fitness and conditioning, similar to what we do in our Strongevity groups. I'm currently looking at two time options. I hope you and yours had a nice holiday; we are back to regular schedule tomorrow (Wednesday). Next week we are off Monday only (Jan. 1) then back to usual!
As we head toward 2024, many of us will be setting fitness goals for the new year.
Some of us may set goals about losing weight or building muscle, or to lift heavier weights, or run a faster mile.
Or maybe your biggest training goal is to improve mobility for daily activities. Or to do ALL the things on an upcoming epic vacation. Or to be a fun, active grandparent!
Whatever your goals, make sure they’re for YOU and not because some magazine, social media post, or well-meaning relative said you should.
Ho-ho-holiday reminder:
I will be closed next Monday & Tuesday (Christmas and the day after), then closed on New Years Day. Make sure you sign up for your preferred Strongevity class times ASAP for the next few weeks!

I help people of all fitness levels get stronger and move better by coaching with encouragement, body-positivity, and, whenever possible, fun! Whether you’re an absolute beginner, or already fit and ready to take your training to the next level, I’d love to help you shine strong.
