Have you been on the American To***co Trail? It's a 22+ mile rails-to-trails project located in the Triangle Region of North Carolina.

Today, we're highlighting this trail for our Friday Feature of ! This trail has asphalt/concrete from Mile 0 (Morehead Ave. entrance) to mile 10.25 (Herndon Park/Scott King Road entrance). It's smooth and accessible!

Last weekend, Shana Carignan, one of the L'Arche NC board members, and her son, Jax, met our Executive Director/Community Leader, Laura Steed Lorino, on the trail for some exercise and outdoor fun! This was Shana and Jax's first long ride with their new Benecykl! This sweet adaptive trailer also converts to a jogger! (check out their webpage for more information: https://www.benecyklusa.com/
