Hey just letting you all know we are serving Prime rib tonight at the Branding Iron

So there has been a lot of talk about why I posted about the Branding Iron on this site. Just to set the record straight, when I was closing down the store I had no less then 50 people ask if I would keep them updated on what we were doing. The easiest way to communicate with so many people was to update and inform all our loyal followers from our Oakhurst Feed website. Since I do own the rights to Oakhurst Feed I am entitled to post whatever I choose, so for those of you who have an issue with this I’m very sorry but I am going to continue to post on my site until I can get everyone moved over to our new Branding Iron webpage which is being professionally developed as I post. What I would ask is that people not judge our Restaurant or our food without ever stepping foot through our doors and trying the menu. We have a 5 star executive chef in our kitchen and have had 2 food critics in who have given us raving reviews. Before passing judgement and listening to bitter people please make up your own mind and not follow negative people.

Well friends the wait is finally over!! We would like to welcome you all to The Branding Iron Restaurant & Saloon!! Our soft open will be on Tuesday June 18th we have a great menu line up with steak, seafood Chicken and much more including our special surprise dessert that is absolutely to die for!
I will post pictures soon, please stay tuned or better yet come in and see and taste for yourself.

Just and FYI, the low cost shot clinic will continue. The next clinic will be on June 15th at Steve’s Pet Shop/ Corner Store on road 426. From 10am until noon.

Hi everyone!

It has been great getting to know everyone the last 8 months, but it is time that we close our doors. The support from the community has been overwhelming, and we are heartbroken to have to walk away from the store. Thank you to everyone for shopping at the store and welcoming us to the community! I hope that I will continue to see you all at the Branding Iron as I will be taking over management of the restaurant! Again, thank you all for being such loyal customers over the last 8 months!

We at Oakhurst Feed write this note with a heavy heart today😔We are sad to say that we are going out of business at the end of May. We have worked tirelessly to keep the store afloat. Unfortunately, the time came when we had to make some tough decisions. We’ve decided that the best course of action is to close the store.

We are so sad about this, however we feel incredibly grateful to have had the time with our customers that we did. This community has been so welcoming to us, and we appreciate all the support and encouragement we’ve received🧡

We will be closing the doors at the end of May, but until then we will be having some major sales going on!!🥳We appreciate you all and would love to see you again before closing, so please come by and stock up on some items!!😃
