Black Thorn is a beautiful, clean, well-equipped dungeon located in the lovely Lake Merritt area of Oakland in the San Francisco Bay Area of California. Featuring high-quality equipment in five themed rooms, lounging areas, and all manner of toys, implements, and devices, Black Thorn is able to accommodate a diverse array of fe**sh and fantasy interests and role play scenarios.
Black Thorn is welcoming to Pro-Dommes, couples, artists, therapists, photographers, and videographers looking for an elegantly furnished, elegant fe**sh studio or dramatic B**M themed set design.
Black Thorn is proud to support B**M education and B**M instructors by hosting regular classes and workshops as well as community building events in a safe, non judgemental space for people of all ages, backgrounds, gender orientations, and sexual identities..
Community dungeons are important, not only because they offer us an opportunity to have fun and play, but also because they offer us a supportive environment within which we can develop communication skills, explore boundary setting, engage our imaginations, expand our skill sets, facilitate empathy, and re-define our relationships through personal growth.
