IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT THE WEALTHY OWNER OF THIS PROPERTY DID NOT CONSIDER ATTAINING PROPER PERMITS TO LEGALLY ACCEPT RENT FOR RESIDENTIAL DWELLINGS. INSTEAD, THE RESIDENTS WILL BE BOOTED OUT AFTER THE PROPERTY SALE WITHOUT TENANT RIGHTS WHICH APPLY TO RESIDENTIAL LEASES. THEIR LEASES ARE FOR A COMMERCIAL/ INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY WITH A LOOPHOLE OF 24 HR ACCESS.
MACO SPACE LLC HAS BEEN CITED AND CONTINUES TO BE FINED FOR NOT COMPLYING WITH ZONING REGULATIONS FOR PROPERTY USE.
THIS IS A FINE EXAMPLE OF WEALTH EQUATING ARROGANCE AND IGNORANCE. MARTIN TAYLOR DID NOT THINK THE RULES APPLIED TO HIM, EVADING PERMITS, LOCAL AND STATE ORDINANCES WHICH PROTECT OWNERS AND TENANTS MEANT NOTHING TO HIM.
THE PROPERTY THAT HE BOUGHT FOR 1.45 MILLION CASH IS UP FOR AUCTION THIS MONTH AND BIDS START AT A LOW $300,000.
