72 hours Green Detox (green foods and green juice). After eating all that amazing Thanksgiving food, I wanted to clean my arteries and felt that a Green Detox would be perfect. I made myself a 64oz Celery and Green Grape juice, two huge Kale and Dandelion Salads. I snacked on grapes and nuts (not green but so what). And believe it or not I was full af off these greens. Being on this cleanse I felt like it was easier to follow my intuition, and I was proud of myself for doing so. Idk if y’all ever question your intuition but sometimes I do, so this was a great feeling. I highly recommend for beginners finding their way with detoxing. You can hold out on some of your fave snacks and food for 72 hours! Typically people would add water (and sugar) to expand the amount of juice made. The sugar makes it sweeter and so people won’t complain about it tasting water down.3. Tea will not compromise the flavor like plain water. Just be mindful of the amount you add, if the herbs are bitter, or if you’re not a huge fan of tea. One thing I’ve learned is be very careful about adding water alone because it will quickly water down any juice, but especially juice made with fruit/ veggies that are water dense. The Best Veggie Ramen 🍜 simple and tasty. This was my first time making this, but its really not difficult at all, just a churched up bowl of noodles. I made it all veggie because I was cleansing at the time and only eating vegetables. This meal was perfect because my mom has a gluten allergy so I’ve been trying to find good things for her to eat that doesn’t make her body feel bad. Let’s circle back to the veggies because some of y’all really don’t know how to hook it up so that they really taste good, fill you up, and give what they need to give. A basic how to: Start by making the broth (water and seasoning) bring it to a boil a few times, adding more water and seasoning each time.Chop up the veggies that you like, I used okra, bokchoy, mushrooms, spinach, leeks, and carrots. I didn’t want mushy veggies so I added the broth in the bowl, then added the veggies with the zucchini noodles, and warmed it in the microwave until they soften a bit. Viola a hearty, healthy bowl of ramen. 😋This is how you really church up a bowl of ramen 🍜 and it was amazing.
