This piece is a smaller version of my Oakland Sunset. I took this picture last year and decided to create a smaller painting. I fell in love with the Sunset colors and felt I needed to paint it.

This Saturday drop by Rhythmix Nuestros Colores Festival celebrates music, dance, art, food and culture from Latin and indigenous traditions in an afternoon of fun for the whole family.

I’ll have a booth with with original Mono Prints, abstract flower sketches, prints and mini paintings.

I recently learned that my friend, Lance Johnson, received a cancer diagnosis. His Friends and family are currently working to gather funds for essential treatment, as well as to support expenses like transportation, meals, and living costs. One way I am contributing is by auctioning off one of my paintings.
