Meet Edith! Mother of Damaris (our numero uno), and our lead daytime cook. She brings an effortless calm and professionalism to our kitchen. She also makes delicious food - whether it’s crafting one of our standards or adding her touch to our menu.
That bright, citrusy vinaigrette on our chicory salad-that is all her. That homey and delicious Mexican Black Bean Soup- her too. Next up is this California version of Huevos Rancheros - a crispy tortilla with 2 sunny side up organic eggs, salsa morita, heirloom pink beans, feta, pickled onions and cilantro. It’s what happens when we spend a day in the kitchen together.
Absolute fun! ❤️
Gracias por tu excelencia.
