Hello, My name is Deanna. I started doing hair around the age of 16 and finally decided to pursue a license last year. I’m passionate in the power of hair care and growth and gives me the most satisfaction. My favorite styles to do are crochet, individual box braids, and lace front wig installation. I have had a homeless hair journey until now and fortunate to find a home like this one at The Hair Farm. I’m excited to meet all the amazing clients.

Question: Do you recommend any supplements for healthier hair or hair growth?

Answer: That's a great question and I love the way you worded it. As we know healthy hair comes from a healthy scalp, and hair growth comes from within, usually we will try to use topical oils or serums on the scalp, but working from the inside out is best! Besides drinking plenty of water I truly believe in taking pumpkin seed oil orally! This was actually information given to me from a client! After researching and my personal experience I have since been recommending everyone to add pumpkin seed oil to your vitamin regimen (if you have health issues please run it by your doctor before adding pumpkin seed oil to your daily routine). Pumpkin has natural properties to reduce inflammation in the body and also has been found to block DHT. High levels of DHT can shrink your hair follicles and shorten the hair growth cycle, resulting in hair loss
